1 General Terms & Conditions

Bbgg (https://bbgg.onl) is an online gaming and betting platform operating for members in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bbgg and all registered members of the platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Active mobile number (linked to bKash/Nagad/Rocket)

• A strong password

Bbgg may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, such as a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bbgg supports the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 10
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 50
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The same mobile number must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• Your daily withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP level.

Bbgg does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply a small transaction fee.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bbgg offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• A wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x) must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bbgg reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus offers will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or IP address.

5 Gaming Rules

• Bbgg is not liable for internet disconnections during gameplay; however, results will be confirmed based on system records.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be voided and the wager refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports Betting payouts will be processed once match results are confirmed.
• Each game has a maximum bet limit, and any bet that exceeds this limit will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbgg platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using software bots, auto-clickers, or hacking tools of any kind.
• Using any technical method to obtain game results in advance.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Impersonating bbgg staff or engaging in fraudulent communications.
• Spreading spam or advertisements of any kind on the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bbgg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• If false or incorrect information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• If age verification fails.
• If you submit a self-closure request.

Members may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Any verified balance can be withdrawn prior to closure (excluding bonus funds).
